Description: 14th W .C. Somerville Memorial Football Tournament was organized by Somerville School Greater Noida from 12th December- 15th December 2017.Four matches were played on the first, second and the third day of the tournament. The fourth day- semi-finals were played. The first match was played between Pragyan School, Greater NOIDA and Aster Public, Greater NOIDA and the second Semi-Final was played between Somerville School, Greater NOIDA and St.Joseph’s School Greater NOIDA. Somerville, Greater NOIDA overpowered its opponent- Pragyan School GREATER NOIDA in the finals by 1/0 and bagged the 14th W.C Tournament Trophy. Pragyan School, Greater NOIDA won the runners-up trophy. The four-day tournament was an elevating experience. The schools showed tremendous teamwork and played the tournament with utmost dedication and discipline.
