Examinations/ Assessments and Promotion in Classes I to X will be done as per the guidelines laid down by CBSE.

At the end of each term, for Classes XI and XII, an examination will be held to assess the pupils’ progress. Besides this an internal assessment will be done during the term on the basis of class assignments/tests.

Parents of students of Class XI are reminded that as per the rules laid down by the CBSE, failure in one subject will be considered as a compartment. Re-tests will be held for all compartment cases in the first week of April. In case of failure in more than one subject, the concerned students will be required to repeat the class. No discussion will be entertained in this regard. Promotion from Class XI to Class XII will only be given if the student passes in both theory and practical examinations. Pass mark in each subject is 33%.

No student shall be eligible to appear for the final examination unless she/he has 75% of attendance.
