Fee Rule for Payment Gatway

1. The school fees are collected in advance on a monthlybasis. This is mandatory. The fees should be deposited by the 10^th of every month. If the 10^th happens to be a school holiday, the fees will be accepted on the next working day.
2. The school fees can also be paid in advance for a period of three months (quarterly):

a. April to June to be deposited by 10^th of April

b. July to September to be deposited by 10^th of July

c. October to December to be deposited by 10^th of October

d. January to March to be deposited by 10^th of January

3. In case a parent fails to deposit the fees by the due date, from 11^th to 20^th of the concerned month, a late payment charge of Rs. 50/- will be levied, and from 21^st to 30^th / 31^st a late payment of Rs. 200/- will be charged. If the fees are not paid by the end of the month in which fees are due, the name of the pupil may be struck off the rolls of the school. For re-admission, the formalities as laid down for admission will have to be followed after the previous arrears are cleared.
4. During the Academic Session from April to December, if the fees are not deposited regularly as per the above rule, then the defaulters are to deposit the last quarter fee (i.e., January to March) by 10^th January after clearing the backlog payments.

The fee will ONLY be taken quarterly for the last quarter of the academic year, (i.e. January-March) and to be paid latest by 10^th January 2027. A late fine of Rs. 50 per day will be charged from 12^th January 2027 onwards.

5. The privilege for depositing monthly fees will be withdrawn for such defaulters. After 20th January of the concerned year, the school will be forced to strike off the names of the defaulters from its rolls. Thereafter re-admission will only be done subject to full payment of the default fee amount. The Transfer Certificate will mention the period and default amount due to the school.
6. All dues pertaining to the concerned Academic Year must be cleared before the issuance of the Admit card of the Final Examination of your ward by 30^th January 2027.
7.   Pupils will not be allowed to sit for the examinations (Mid-Term and Final Examination) unless all the dues of the school are paid up to date with clearance from the Accounts Department and the issuance of the No Dues Slip for the Exam Admit Card.
8. Fee is to be paid through cheques/debit cards/credit cards at the school fee counter or through online payment. For online payment please visit the school Website : www.somervillegreaternoida.in and click on the ONLINE FEE PAYMENT on the home page. No cash will be accepted. Transaction charges as applicable will be deducted for the online fee payment. Cheques are to be drawn in favour of “Somerville School Greater NOIDA”. Parents are advised to ensure that the name, class, the admission number of their wards, the mobile number of the parent to be clearly written on the reverse side of the cheque. In case fee cheques are returned or dishonoured for any reason, then the parents will bear the cost of the cheque return charges (₹300/-) along with the fees.
9. Bus fee is charged for 11 months in an academic year. At least one calendar months' notice should be given for discontinuation of bus facility or one-month bus fee should be deposited in lieu thereof. Once the bus facility is discontinued, the student will not be allowed to avail the bus facility for the next 06 months.
10. Anyextrafeepaidnotberefundedbutadjustedinthenextquarterfee.
11. Fee will be increased annually as per the orders issued by the UP Government; i.e. 5%+ Consumer price index.
12. Provision to make payments of the school and transport fees for the whole year in advance, in the first quarter also exists.
13. The school Accounts Office accepts fees from Monday to Friday during office hours between 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM The school office remains open throughout the vacations.
14. Fee is accepted at the School Fee Counter via cheque/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI.
15. Neither Composite Fee nor Transport Charges will be refunded by the school authorities even if a student attends class for one day and has subsequently withdrawn from the school.
